Các Bước Triển Khai Đồng Bộ User Profile Trong SharePoint 2016:
Trong bài LAB này được thực hiện theo các bước sau:
- Start dịch vụ đồng bộ profile.
- Tạo kết nối với active directory.
- Định thời gian đồng bộ.
- Đồng bộ profile.
- Kiểm Tra
Sau khi hoàn thành bài lab, các bạn sẽ biết cách sử dụng dịch vụ đồng bộ user profile trong Sharepoint 2016 để đồng bộ thông tin profile của user trong Active directory với Sharepoint
Thực Hiện Đồng Bộ User Profile Trong SharePoint 2016:
B1: Start dịch vụ đồng bộ profile
Vào SharePoint Central Administration Chọn Application Management trong service Applications chọn Manage Services on server
Kiểm tra xem User Profile Synchronization service đã start.
B2. Tạo kết nối với active directory
Trở về Application Management, chọn Manage service Application
Chọn User profile services Application.
Chọn configure Synchronization connections
Chọn Create New Connection
Connection Name: Nhập vào Đồng bộ AD, Fully Qualified domain name: CTL.Local, Account name: ctl\adminsp(user quản trị sharepoint hay administrator) + password
Trong phần Containers, ấn Populate Containers
Sẽ xuất hiện thông tin trong domain CTL, chọn select all OK
B3. Định thời gian đồng bộ
Trở lại SharePoint Central Administration Chọn Application Management trong service Applications chọn Manage Services Applications
Chọn User profile service Application
Trong phần Synchronization chọn Configure Synchronization Timer Job
Định thời gian đồng bộ Run Now
B4. Đồng bộ profile:
Trở lại SharePoint Central Administration Chọn Application Management trong service Applications chọn Manage Services Applications.
Chọn User profile service Application
Trong phần Synchronization chọn Start profile Synchronization
Chọn Start Full Synchronization ok
Đang đồng bộ profile, quá trình này hơi lâu chút…
Đã đồng bộ xong.
B5. Kiểm Tra:
Sau khi đồng bộ xong, trong phần People chọn Manage User Profile
Find profiles: nhập tên user Find
Tìm được user, chọn user edit My profile.
Hiển thị đầy đủ thông tin của user đó, chú ý thông tin trong phần Manager, thông tin trong phần này sẽ dùng cho bài lab kế tiếp. Tương kiểm tra thông tin của các user khác.
